Los Angeles - Fame and Partners has decided recently that its planning to grow its business in the U.S. The emerging retailer offers customizable options for its customers through its e-commerce site. Through this new business plan, the company just closed on a 7.6 million dollar deal in order to aid its expansion.

Fame and Partners was founded in 2013 by Nyree Corby, an entrepreneur of sorts. After establishing a target market for his customized e-tailer business, Corby has decided to take things to the next level. As reported by WWD, the next step for the contemporary retailer is to focus on growing itself in U.S. markets, specifically in Los Angeles. Originally, the company had planned to have headquarters in New York but recently decided to change directions to the West Coast. “I think downtown and the Arts District are up-and-coming areas,” Corby told the publication. “[We] wanted to find a location that was true to who we are as a brand and attract like-minded people as well as be central,” he said.

The office will be 9,500 square feet and will be located in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The headquarters will be a relocation from its original spot in Sydney, Australia. The office will have around 35 executives at the new office. Currently, this serves as the brand’s roots in bricks-and-mortar territory. Although, the brand did confirm to WWD that some flagships are in the works for the future.
