With the SS17 Women's Ready-to-Wear shows fast approaching, Trendstop's catwalk team bring you the key shades that will be making a statement on the runways, helping to ensure that collections have the optimum expert analysis to inform colour decision making. These emerging trends are developed through further analysis, as our experts curate inspirational seasonal reports and evaluate each individual trends commercial value as well as their longevity over the coming seasons.

This week, FashionUnited readers get an exclusive insight into three of the essential women's colour directions first identified in our SS17 Colour Forecast, which we can expect to see moving through to the Ready-to-Wear runways. Coral Red and Honey Yellow bring sun drenched warmth to bold brights hues while the blue tinted purple of Heather cools things down with fresh icy pastel tones.

Magma Coral

Pink hots up for summer as coral tones come infused with molten red. Jumpsuits and casual suiting with a man-tailored vibe creates an all-over statement look while silk camisoles and ribbon-like detailing offers a bold yet feminine alternative.

Honey Yellow

Springtime yellows are given added warmth with sticky infusion of golden honeyed tones. Ribbed knits in saturated shades teamed with bold monochrome accents have a thoroughly modern feel while silken textures add softness to amber tinted hues.

Heather

Palest purple hues come with cooling blue undertones for a fresh and feminine feel. Heathery shades contrast with crisp cotton shirting and simple structured silhouettes while bright white accents and accessories enhance the icy appeal.
