Jimmy Choo adds two new board directors

New York - Luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo has named Meribeth Parker and Anna-Lena Kamenetzky as non-executive board directors. Kamenetzky will be replacing Bart Becht on the board. Becht will be departing Jimmy Choo due to his continued involvement with Coty Inc. as their Chairman and CEO.

Parker is currently a consultant in the media and luxury industries after her many years in the publishing industry. She was previously publishing director of Hearst Magazines until last June, and she has held numerous senior roles in publishing. She will officially join the board of directors on August 1. Parker

Kamenetzky is a partner and head of corporate development at JAB Holding Company LLC, which owns Jimmy Choo. She has held her role at JCB since 2012, and has over 15 years experience in corporate finance, business development, restructuring, and and investing. In addition to her time at JCB, she has also worked at prestigious investment banking firm Goldman Sachs, and was managing director at the private equity firm RHJI.
