Forever21 starts looking for stores to open in Poland in the second half of 2016

The US fast fashion brand is set to launch in Poland by the second half of the year. In fact, the fifth largest fashion retailer in the United States has commissioned Teren Management Europe and Cushman & Wakefield to locate the best spots for its Polish debut.

Teren Management Europe, the franchising consultancy Forever 21 has confided its Europe’s expansion with – having had taken care of the fashion retailer’s s expansion in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Greece, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland and Portugal -, has signed the agreement with international consultancy Cushman & Wakefield to branch out in Poland.

The first stores, averaging 1,000–1,600 sqm, are scheduled to open in 2016, advanced the RE consultancy in a note issued Monday.

“We are pleased that Forever 21 is entering the Polish market and Central and Eastern Europe. will be the exclusive agent of Teren Management Europe, responsible for the brand’s expansion in Poland and its preferred agent in the CEE region,” said Lucyna Śliż, the associate director responsible for tenant representation in the retail department of Cushman & Wakefield.

As revealed by ‘Eurobuild CEE’, one of the retailer’s stores should open in GTC’s Galeria Północna in Warsaw in 2017.
