"The results for the first half of 2026 confirm the validity of our strategy. It is based on strengthening the distinctive identity of each of our brands, building authentic relationships with their customers, and continuously innovating our supply chain, the heart of the group. The rigorous execution of our strategy led to a 9 percent organic revenue growth in the first half and an improvement in the group's adjusted EBIT margin, despite the unfavourable impact of exchange rates," emphasised Ermenegildo "Gildo" Zegna, executive chairman of the group, in the note.
"I am particularly pleased with the progress made by the Zegna segment and the further strengthening of our net financial position, which has allowed us to achieve a net cash position of 60 million euros. Although the macroeconomic and geopolitical context remains uncertain, we remain focused on generating sustainable and profitable growth, guided by our long-term vision," Zegna added.
