Jill 2026: Jean-pierre blanc and WSN detail the programme for a new hybrid trade show
As the lines between trade shows, exhibitions and public events blur, the Jill trade show, presented by WSN and conceived by Jean-Pierre Blanc, is focusing on a cross-disciplinary model. Beyond its fashion and accessories offering, the event is supported by a cultural programme and a network of partner venues.
This new trade show marks the arrival of Jean-Pierre Blanc (formerly of the Festival de Hyères) on the Parisian fashion scene as artistic director. Announced by FashionUnited in March 2026, the press release provides more details.
Inspired by the success of Matter & Shape (WSN), Jill aims to be a B2B and B2C trade show. It is presented as the first event entirely dedicated to collaborations, one-of-a-kind pieces and limited editions in fashion and accessories.
It will be held from October 2 to 5, 2026, during Paris Fashion Week, in a tent adjacent to Premiere Classe and the Run showroom.
Jill: a trade show experience open to the public, collectors and enthusiasts
Jill sits at the intersection of craftsmanship, design, photography and visual culture. The concept brings together collaborations, one-of-a-kind pieces and limited editions, “attentive to savoir-faire, narratives and gestures”.
The scenography is designed by Jean-Baptiste Fastrez. Primarily known in the world of object and furniture design, the French designer aims to move away from traditional trade show conventions in favour of small “salons” (circular layouts).
Among the fashion designers, the press release announces Adam Jones; Anatomie Vêtements (Valentin Tran); Rappaz (Adeline Rappaz); Félicie Eymard; Ifeanyi Okwuadi; Jayne; Process Visual; Less is More Projects & Lucio; La Prestic Ouiston; Kilomètre Paris; and Jean-Paul Lespagnard.
On the accessories side, the line-up (at the time of publication) includes: Emma Bruschi; L'Hôte (Christophe Lhote); Christine Phung; Affect Wins; 10.03.53 (Luca Colosimo); Maison Fabre; Vadi Jewels; Saskia Diez; Oraré; Sarah Bounab; and Tsatsas.
In couture, the participants are: Rabih Kayrouz; lecourtmansion (Nix Lecourt Mansion); Stéphanie Coudert; and Milia Maroun.
Finally, at the heart of Jill, the Satellite Library will host a curatorial extension of the International Library of Fashion Research from Oslo.
Off-site events to extend the trade show's reach beyond the Tuileries tents
To create a dynamic with Parisian life during Fashion Week, Jill is establishing connections between the Tuileries and partner showrooms and Parisian houses. Pierre Hardy is the first confirmed participant.
The trade show is also organising an off-site cultural trail. This includes the Galerie du Passage (Pierre Passebon); the exhibition “Yves Saint Laurent at Christian Dior as seen by Willy Maywald”; the OFR bookshop; the Duperré school; and the Arab World Institute (presenting rare textiles related to marriage).
While the trade show is not strictly dedicated to wholesale, this trail is designed for VIC (Very Important Customer) and VIP guests, international buyers, exhibitors and visitors by appointment.
To extend beyond the scope of Paris Fashion Week and create year-round engagement, Jill is planning an annual programme of visits and meetings focused on craftsmanship.
Included in this initiative are: Teintures de France (Serge Haouzi); the workshops of Aymeric Le Deun, Cécile Feilchenfeldt, Bruno Nahan, and Guigou; and Sfate & Combier.
